Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Disclosure

These terms apply to Gold Star Pup subscriptions sold by fanzzzz Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). They supplement our Terms of Service.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription starts with an introductory price for the first period and then renews automatically at the regular price until you cancel. We charge the payment method you provided at the start of each renewal period.

• 1-week trial: $4.99 for the first week, then $9.99 every week.
• 4-week plan: $19.99 for the first 4 weeks, then $39.99 every 4 weeks.
• 12-week plan: $39.99 for the first 12 weeks, then $69.99 every 12 weeks.

Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax. The price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before you pay.

Consent

We ask for your express consent to these renewal terms before charging you, and we email you a confirmation with the terms, the renewal price and how to cancel.

Reminders

We email you before your first full-price charge and before any price change. [LAWYER: confirm reminder lead time required by applicable state laws.]

How to cancel

Cancel any time online in one step: Account settings → Cancel subscription, or use the cancel link in any billing email, or email support. No phone call or chat is required. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will notify you and retry for up to [X] days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled.

Price changes

We will notify you at least [X] days before any change to your renewal price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
