Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time online in one click from Account settings or from the cancel link in any billing email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then and will not be charged again.

Refunds

[LAWYER/OWNER: choose policy, e.g. “If you're not satisfied, contact us within [X] days of your first charge for a full refund” and how renewal charges are treated.]

Charges for a renewal you did not intend: if you contact us within [X] days of a renewal charge and haven't used the service since, we will [refund the renewal].

How to request a refund

Email support@goldstarpup.com from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request” and the date of the charge. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Non-US purchases

Gold Star Pup is available in the US only. Purchases with a non-US billing address are cancelled and refunded automatically.
