Gold Star Pup is operated by fanzzzz Inc., a Delaware corporation. We offer the service only in the United States. This notice describes what we collect and how you can control it, including rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA).

Categories of personal information we collect

• Identifiers: email address, account ID, IP address.
• Commercial information: plan purchased, billing history (card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Quiz answers about your dog and household, and training progress.
• Internet activity: pages viewed, funnel events, device and browser data.
• Approximate location derived from IP (to confirm US availability).

How we use it

To build and deliver your training plan, process payments, send service and renewal emails, send marketing emails if you opt in, measure and improve the service, and prevent fraud.

Sharing

Service providers (hosting, database, payments, email, video, analytics). We may share limited data with advertising partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok) to measure ads; this may be a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at any time.

Your choices

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and opt out of ad tracking.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.
• California residents may request access, correction or deletion: email privacy@[DOMAIN] or support@goldstarpup.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
• Unsubscribe from marketing via the link in any email.

Retention
