How to cancel

1. Log in and open Account settings.
2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. That's it.

You can also use the “Cancel subscription” link in any billing email, or email us and we'll cancel for you. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

How to request a refund

Refund window: 14 days of your first payment.

Email support@goldstarpup.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund request”, and tell us the date of the charge. We'll reply within 1 business day.
